HKDC Wins Outstanding Caring Award
in Industry Cares Recognition Scheme 2023
Hong Kong District Cooling Company Limited (HKDC), a subsidiary managed by Veolia, has been awarded the Outstanding Caring Award in the SME category - Industry Cares Recognition Scheme 2023 organised by the Federation of Hong Kong Industry (FHKI), for its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility.
More than 120 companies have submitted their projects for the Award. After a vigorous competition and presentations, the Judging Panel, which comprises representatives from the government, social service organizations, academia, caring partners and industry players, carefully evaluated each submission based on various CSR aspects. Among these companies, HKDC stood out and was selected as one of the winners of this year's Outstanding Caring Awards.
The Award recognizes HKDC's commitment to promoting good Environmental, Social and Government practices to impact our community positively.

Mr. Chris Chong, Managing Director of HKDC, attended the Award Presentation Ceremony launched by The Committee on Promoting Corporate Social Responsibility under the FHKI on September 26, to receive the Award.
