運輸污泥的貨車在磅橋稱重后，會將污泥卸入配備除臭系統的密封污泥卸置區。由自動化大型泥夾，將污泥轉移至指定斗槽，經混合後再泵進焚化爐。 ### 流化床焚化技術 - 這是一種高效的燃燒技術，焚燒過程溫度可高達攝氏 850 度以上。 污泥流化床中燃燒，有效減少污泥體積及灰燼產生。 ### 煙道廢氣淨化處理 - 高效的煙氣凈化系統能去除煙道廢氣中的懸浮粒子和污染物，包括：多管式旋風分離器、乾式反應器、袋濾式集塵器，以去除較大的懸浮粒子和微粒，並中和或捕集酸性氣體、有機污染物和重金屬。 - 透過持續排放監測系統（CEMS），確保凈化后的煙氣符合嚴格的國際排放標準。 ### 能源回收 - 通過焚燒污泥回收能量，利用焚燒爐產生的熱量將水轉化為高壓蒸汽。 蒸汽驅動渦輪機產生電力，達至廠房電力自給自足，並將剩餘電力輸送至電網。 蒸汽在冷凝器中凝結成水，然後回流至焚化爐，提高了整體能效。 ![](/sites/g/files/dvc4381/files/styles/crop_freeform/public/image/2025/02/BG%20Green.jpg.webp?itok=f6H7rTjc) ## 我們的優勢 -
