### During the International Women's Day this year, the Comms team and HR team organised various events to promote gender diversity and inclusion, encouraging our #Resourcers, to demonstrate their commitment to creating a more inclusive society. 

### Let's take a moment to recap these special moments across all sites in HK and Macau.



 

 

 



### **Spreading our love across our project sites**

To echo the theme of **International Women's Day (IWD)**, we spread love across our project sites by providing **free Palmiers** at the pantry and resting areas for all colleagues. Thanks to the efforts of site admins and HR, the IWD Photo Activity 2024 has been successfully launched and received numerous photos.

## **International Women's Day Events & Actions**

In addition, activities including **a photo campaign to raise awareness, self-portrait workshops to ignite self-recognition, and a 'Signing for Change' action** allowing commitment to inclusivity were organised with the aim of **promoting gender equality** across the project sites. These activities fostered widespread participation, raising awareness, and cultivating a workplace that values all genders.
